Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and others related fields.
  • At least 2 year relevant experience in human resource management.

( particularly in school field is Preferred )

  • Ability to make recommendations and improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Khmer and English.
  • Very strong business acumen, high customer service skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and skills to stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
  • Very good organizational skills.
  • Willingness does multitask.
  • Strong and positive work ethic and attitude.

Job Description

  • To manage and audit all the staffs all Course instructors, Administration, Front office and receptionists, marketing, and support staff in center and make sure they are on their duties.
  • To carry out staff orientation and induction program for new employees.
  • To allocate and maximize the resources for center such as managing HRs and Classrooms.
  • To be the person in charge of solving problems and communicate to parents.
  • To give necessary reports (financial reports, students database, etc.)
  • To constantly maintain the centers’ image to conform to ISO UCMAS standards.
  • To arrange the demo and initiate the idea to increase the number of the students in the center.
  • To organize regular weekly meeting with all staff to ensure center’s roadmap and goals of center are achieved.
  • Report to Managing Director and Executive Director.
  • Other duties might be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Education and others related fields.
  • At least 2 years of teaching or training experience.
  • At least 1 year of managing experience related to school.
  • Very good organizational skills.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Must be responsible, reliable and a fast learner.
  • Willingness does multitask.
  • Strong problem solving skill.
  • Very good in Khmer and English (written and oral)
  • Computer literacy; Microsoft Office Application (Words, Excel and Outlook)

Job Description

  • Get trained about UCMAS course before instructing students.
  • Follow the existing curriculum of UCMAS course.
  • Instruct students the UCMAS course that already got trained.
  • Manage, control, and take care of students during school.
  • Daily control and observe both discipline and attitude of students.
  • Well plan and report of the students & classroom.
  • Join any events of UCMAS.
  • Report to trainer and Centre Manager.
  • Other duties might be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • For female Cambodian only.
  • University student ( year 1 ) or fresh graduated.
  • No experience ( candidate will get well-trained to be a professional course instructor. )
  • Fast learner with willing to learn.
  • Friendly with good communication and honesty.
  • Be able to use English for communication.
  • Like to work with kids.

Job Description

  • Welcome visitor/parents and greeting them in professional manner.
  • Provide information about UCMAS and answer the phone.
  • Keep update on student database/profiles.
  • Record day to day FRONT STOCK & stationary report and do monthly physical count where required at front desk.
  • Be pro-active follow up/inform student parents before the collection date. Resolves collections by examining students payment plans, status after call follow up & payment history.
  • Daily update expenses by verifying and entering transactions into PETTY CASH REPORT.
  • Daily update student payments/revenues by recording cash, checks into reports (CASH COLLECTION, STUDENT PAYMENT).
  • Daily clear cash collection on hand to Accounting Executive for bank deposit.
  • Other duties might be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • For female Cambodian only.
  • University student or fresh graduated in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience ( particularly in educational sector is Preferred. )
  • Be able to communicate in English fluently.
  • Computer literacy; Microsoft Office Application (Words, Excel and Outlook)
  • Fast learner with willing to learn and to take challenges.
  • Friendly with good communication and honesty.
  • Able to work under pressure, independently, and highly meticulous.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
